We provide a broad range of NDIS supports including Supported Independent Living, personal care, community participation, daily living assistance, transport, short term and medium term accommodation, hospital discharge support, and specialist support for participants living with acquired brain injury, dementia, cancer, multiple sclerosis, palliative care needs and more.
2 Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes, Best Disability Support Services is a registered NDIS provider, including registration for Supported Independent Living under Registration Group 138.
3 Who can access your services?
Our services are available to NDIS participants who are self managed, plan managed or NDIA managed.
4 How do I get started?
Contact our team by phone, email or the website contact form. We will arrange an initial conversation to understand your needs and goals, then work with you to set up the right supports.
5 Can I choose my support worker?
Yes, participant choice and control is central to how we operate. We work with you to match support workers based on your preferences and support needs.
6 Do you have support workers available now?
Yes, we have support workers available and can commence supports quickly, subject to availability and your specific requirements.
7 Do you accept self managed and plan managed participants?
Yes, we accept self managed, plan managed and NDIA managed participants.
8 Do you provide transport support?
Yes, we provide transport assistance to help participants attend appointments, access the community and stay socially connected.
9 Do you offer Supported Independent Living?
Yes, we are a registered SIL provider and offer a range of SIL accommodation options across our service areas.
10 Do you offer respite and short term accommodation?
Yes, we offer short term accommodation and respite supports for participants and their families and carers.
11 Can you help me achieve my NDIS goals?
Yes, our personalised support model is built around your individual goals, focusing on independence, wellbeing and quality of life, in collaboration with you, your family and your support coordinator.
12 Do you provide support for children and adults?
Yes, we support both children and adults across our services.
13 What areas do you service?
We proudly service Victoria (including Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, and Bendigo) and Western Australia (including Perth and Kalgoorlie).
14 Can I change or cancel my supports?
Yes, your support schedule is completely flexible and can be modified or paused according to the standard notice terms outlined in your service agreement.
15 Do you provide support on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, our support network operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year—including weekends and all public holidays.
16 How do I make a complaint or provide feedback?
You can share feedback or file a complaint confidentially by calling our office line, emailing us directly, or using our secure online website contact forms.
17 What qualifications do your support workers have?
Our workers hold specialized disability qualifications, First Aid/CPR certifications, clear NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children Checks, alongside rigorous cultural sensitivity training.

Yes, switching is completely seamless; our team handles the transition logistics step-by-step so your day-to-day care experiences zero interruptions.
